I remember when we first started talking years back Connie and you were still working. You said you were going to retire there and you sure did! |

There have been several meetups with the league, the biggest has been the midwest meetup. This past year we went to Wisconsin Dells and hung out. Lots of owners from Wisco, Illinois, Minnesota, etc. We typically plan it around October or so, depending on schedules. |

| Welcome, Jeremy. For the sake of my fantasy teams, I hope you're right about Rodgers staying in Green Bay. He may do well with another team, but it'll take the known success over the chances of doing as well with another team. |

I'd like see him with more than one good WR. The dude has never really had more than one. See Brady and Stafford. |

Cobb, Jordy, James Jones wasn't good?
Jordy, Jennings, Driver wasn't good?
Sounds like a bit of recency bias on that take. |

Jody was the only one in the prime. Adams was just getting started and Cobb had one good year.

not one was in there prime. Jones was average, Jordy was just getting started and Cobb had one good year.
Jordy, Jennings, Driver wasn't good?
Jordy was still getting started, Jennings was the only one in the Prime and Driver was starting to fade
Sounds like a bit of recency bias on that take. |

| Go back to the Sterling Sharpe days.
Once Sharpe started to fade along came Freeman Freeman faded along came Driver Driver faded along came Jennings Jennings faded along came Jordy Jordy faded along came Adams
Cobb and Jones are complimentary players. In the era of huge WR's in there prime (White/Julio, Bolden/Fitz, Bruce/Holt, Harrison/Wayne) Green Bay never gave that to Rodgers. I'd like to see Rodgers on Dallas or TB or LA or Cincy or even Pittsburgh with more than one WR in there prime. |

Adams had 10 TDs one year with Brett Hundley. Jordy and Davante combined for 26 TDs the year before that.
Cobb, Jordy, James Jones wasn't good?
not one was in there prime. Jones was average, Jordy was just getting started and Cobb had one good year.
Average WRs catch 14 TDs in a season now?
Jordy, Jennings, Driver wasn't good?
Jordy was still getting started, Jennings was the only one in the Prime and Driver was starting to fade
15 TDs is just getting started? James Jones played with them too - just didn't start (hell of a 4th WR). They combined for 37 TDs.
Sounds like a bit of recency bias on that take. |

I'd like to see Rodgers on Dallas or TB or LA or Cincy or even Pittsburgh with more than one WR in there prime. Complementary WRs don't get 100 targets. Robert Brooks played with Sharpe and Freeman. Driver did not fade when Jennings came along. He played another 6 years. Jennings didn't fade. He tried being a diva and they shipped him off. Jordy and Adams played together and put up stats. This "fade" isn't falling off a cliff and a new guy just produces. You want to argue Dallas? Ceedee Lamb caught 79 passes this year and Amari caught 68. Both far less than what two WRs were doing in Green Bay all those years for Rodgers. Cincy? Tee Higgins - 74 catches. Chase - 81 catches Green - 54 If Packers WRs "faded" and a new WR came along, then that is what happened with Roddy White and Julio Jones. Bruce/Holt and Harrison/Wayne are great duos. I would argue Carter/Moss are missing from your list. Star duos are rare though. They are the exception not the rule. |

| Yea I'm with the mob on this one John. The Packers have consistently had 3 top tier WRs for Rodgers. Don't forget about Jermichael Finley.
These past few years are the only exception to Rodgers not having help. |

Robert Brooks played with Sharpe and Freeman. Rodgers didn't play with Brooks or Sharpe or Freeman
Driver did not fade when Jennings came along. He played another 6 years. But it was his twilight of his career
Jennings didn't fade. He tried being a diva and they shipped him off. And look what happened
Jordy and Adams played together and put up stats. This "fade" isn't falling off a cliff and a new guy just produces. Adams was just getting into his own. He was yet to be that superstar that he is now.
You want to argue Dallas? Ceedee Lamb caught 79 passes this year and Amari caught 68. Both far less than what two WRs were doing in Green Bay all those years for Rodgers. Just think what Rodgers would have done with those two. Far more than Prescott
Cincy? Tee Higgins - 74 catches. Chase - 81 catches Green - 54 If Chase was on GB, Adams would not be getting 162 + targets
If Packers WRs "faded" and a new WR came along, then that is what happened with Roddy White and Julio Jones. Julio was a stud from day one. It took three years for Adams to develop
Bruce/Holt and Harrison/Wayne are great duos. I would argue Carter/Moss are missing from your list. Star duos are rare though. They are the exception not the rule. No CARTER/MOSS because I was trying to make it relevant to today's WR's
Rodgers has never had two GREAT WR's. He had one and made a second one very good, but once they left GB, those WR's came down to earth. See Cobb, Jennings and Jordy. If you don't see my point than you are blinded by green and yellow blood. |

| I assure you I hate the Packers and am not blinded by anything. One of the biggest reasons for this hatred is because they've had so many damn good receivers.
All 3 of those players left after they were 28 and past their prime. |

| I agree with Ghoji on this one. Also had Tonyan last year with 11 TD. There’s more to a receiving game than just the WR as well. The emergence of Jones, for example, as a legit threat out of the backfield plays in as well. He had 65 targets, 412 yds and 6 TD this year. Add Dillon’s 37-310-2. It’s hard to imagine Rodgers numbers could be any better the past 2 seasons regardless of who was catching the ball, so I have never understood the argument that he needs more weapons, the weapons have been fine! |

Yep, but the perception (Because the media needed a story) for the last few years is that he never had anyone to throw to. A lot of people still believe that. |

| I once took on a guy in a tequila shot contest, when he stopped at 8 I found a new opponent. He stopped at 10, I finished off at 22 just because I was loving the taste. Pretty sure I almost died before finally puking out this black shit (or so it seemed dark, it was dark). The next day I Rollerbladed to University, after walking by my seat the professor told me I should go home and sleep it off. I guess I smelled really bad, plus I was still drunk. |

Yeah, I'm very familiar with the "black shit" from my college days. Had a roommate one night almost die passed out laying in a puddle of what looked like oil. It was his 21st and had a lot of tequila that night or so he says, none of us really remembered! |
