Once you've gotten your feet wet and you think you understand what is going on around this crazy place comes the next stage of the game....how can you contribute?
We have already determined some roles that we know are beneficial that you could assist with but we also rely on our members for great ideas that could make Roster Wars even better. We have writers, trackers and committees covering a variety of things for starters but we're always looking for more. Let me get it out of the way that with some of the existing roles, people may not be able to carry out those tasks forever so it's commonplace for folks to partner up to get the job done or one member might relieve another of their duty entirely. As you hang around, you'll become familiar with the existing roles so no real need to cover that stuff at this time.
What I do want to cover in this post is that we encourage folks to think of new ideas, especially new members who may have experiences or skills with things we have not yet discovered. One really good way to demonstrate you belong is to show some initiative to helping us work on making this league better so get your thinking cap back on!
Long-winded post again...breaking you in right....point of STEP #5 is this....everyone should be pitching in...maybe not right away...but that was the vision for the RWDOC and it's exactly what makes this place like no other. What piece of the puzzle are you or will you become?
