Cyclone City FalconsOk, I've created our own Roster Wars Poker Club! Download the Poker Stars software and follow these directions:

1) On the right side of the main menu, select More then HOME GAMES

2) Click on Join a Poker Club

3) Enter the Club ID 2143901 and Invitation Code of warbucks

4) I've created my name as Cyclone City RW.

I used to play a lot of Sit & Go's before Poker Stars got banned in the US.  Those were fun 1 table no-limit tourneys that usually took less than an hour to play.

Bob said it worked for him to run as admin. I was having problems, I switched it to a different location and it worked. Then it had a write script error but I downloaded again until i had an icon on my desktop and it ran fine from there even though the install didnt fully complete.

On another note that will make me look like a jerk...but is it the best idea to have a guy in the interrogation process running the RW Poker Club with no established bank, and having not even shown his true colors? (He seems like a good fit so far from his posts)  I appreciate the idea and thank him for setting this up, and if he does follow through it would be a great thing for his contributions to the club, but should we elect someone to start a second "Home Game Group" even in the case that Kieth would be too busy to setup a time for a RW game?

I can grant Admin privileges to anyone in the group at anytime. I'm fine with this if that's what you guys wanna do. I'm working on trying to set up a time for a game. Looks like we can do a single table (Sit n Go) for up to 9 players or a tournament. I assume a single table would probably be sufficient for the first game. It looks like you can create a schedule but that feature hasn't been activated for me yet.

How does Sunday at 8:30pm CST work? Will people be able to play for an hour or so at that time?

We can play for fun on the first go 'round too.

I'm comfortable with Keith running this stuff. Worst case scenario we set up a new one if Keith goes all craaaaazzzzzzzyyyyyyyy on us down the road. laughing

I think I could make tomorrow at 8:30pm work.

And yes, let's do one for fun just to see how it'll work out.
