Why doesn't KC punt there with 2:15 to go?

21-3 halftime lead, ouch! Safe to assume that was Alex Smith's last game as a Chief? Not blaming him, but I think the Chiefs are already itching to start Mahomes. Is Andy Reid done? Or is all this just a trigger finger reaction to a brutal loss?

Alex Smith is done as a Chief. Andy Reid is not. They definitely missed Kelce in the 2nd half.

I know they lost and I know they didnt get the stop they needed. KC needed to punt there instead of going for it on 4th and 9.

Their best offensive player is out. They only need a field goal. A good punt can pin Tennessee back and any mistake leads to a safety and win. A punt return can be set up for Tyreek Hill. They had 3 timeouts and the 2 minute warning! Poor coaching decision in the moment and in hindsight.

YUP! But really in Arrowhead it should never have came down to that against the Titans... Losing Kelce shouldn't ruin the offense.

It is just insane, how my team loses every goddamn home game in the most heartbreaking manner possible!! FUUUCCK! hairout hairout hairout

I wish they would just be really bad or really good. So I do not have to endure these playoff meltdowns.

I get the frustration but trust me, as a Lions fan you would much rather have a shot. Highlight of my year is the draft.

KC had plenty of chances to win. They should have been able to stop the run 3rd and 9.

What do you think of the rumor of Patricia becoming the head coach of the Lions?

I hate to see him leave, but good for him getting a chance.

I like it. Seems like a good coach that is well respected. Also makes sense for Lions since he has good relationship with Quinn. I'd be fine with either Patricia or Vrabel. The Vrabel talk has cooled a little last few days tho so makes me think Patricia is the guy.

I love that for the Lions, big Patricia guy... but back to wildcard weekend. Picked the Titans to win but the Rams were my pick to rep the NFC in the Super Bowl.. not looking good on that pick and what was a hold on Watkins in the end zone

I didn't watch but the Falcons beat the Rams?!?!? Gross. The Falcons shouldn't even be in the fucking playoffs. Ugh. I really don't care for Philly but hopefully they treat these fucking shittier-birds like the bye week they should have been for the Rams.

KC really needs to move on from Reid. I hate them as a division rival but this is just a joke with how often it happens. As a Denver fan, I hope they do move on from Smith. Dude is still pro bowl level and you’re going with an unknown commodity? Okay...

Agree. I stopped watching and will just check scores later. Kind of how my 2017 NFL season went. LOL

In a playoff league and drafted Kamara and CMC. Guess they weren’t part of the game plan today.

Well, we are 2 minutes into the 2nd quarter and they combine for 1 point. They need to explode.

Yep, 7 points at halftime in a PPR is not doing it right. Not right enough to win anyway.

Glad to see the Panthers and Chiefs get knocked out.  Only reason I wanted the Panthers to lose, is because the saints have a better shot of beating the Viqueens next week  wink

Panthers already beat the Vikings this year. I think they could have done it again. Saints are just more consistent and more improved this season.
