And more will probably follow:

" Marshall Faulk, Ike Taylor and Heath Evans over sexual harassment allegations"

Hall of Fame running back Marshall Faulk was among three NFL Network analysts suspended Monday night in response to a new filing in a lawsuit brought by a former wardrobe stylist.

Faulk, Ike Taylor and Heath Evans will remain suspended "pending an investigation into these allegations," NFL Network said in a statement to USA TODAY Sports. ...rest of the story.https://www.usatoday.com/story/sports/2017/12/11/nfl-network-suspends-hall-famer-analysts-sexual-harassment-allegations/943287001/

While I think everyone should be treated properly and I probably know less than anyone about details to anything, it sure seems like we have ratcheted up the Witchhunt Dial to level crazy and if this movement goes anything like the racism department it won't be long until everyone with a wiener is labeled a sexual deviant.

Also we absolutely need something in the law that says if someone is found to be accusing people of shit erroneously that they need to go to prison. Even claiming stuff like this can ruin a guys life so if it's determined to be bullshit the lady should lose hers.

With that said...if they did illegal shit then fuck these guys...but at this point I believe every gal who has ever been hit on by someone she doesn't like and every tool with no sense of humor is going to take down every dude who ever did/said anything and that's weaksauce.

Won't be long until you'll be locked up for even looking at a girl the wrong way and everyone will need an emotional support animal to get through breakfast.

I think the reason for this uptick in accusations, is women are now feeling safer to come out with their experiences. These are powerful men that companies would usually side with and either fire the woman, reach a settlement, etc to keep her quiet. These aren't just random allegations, there are specific details that lead me to believe them.

Do I think that there are women out there that will abuse it, yes, but I honestly think those instances are few and far between.

I do agree that there needs to be a more definite line between a joke and actual abuse, but I'm not a woman and I cannot define that line because I've never experienced something like that or endured the emotional aftermath which will vary from person to person.

Agreed. I just think people need to come out with it right now. This shouldn't be a never-ending river of shit drummed up from heaven knows how many years back.

If I was unclear, I'm not in any way trying to be insensitive to those who have been wronged. I just know we live in a world chalk full of pot-stirring jackasses and disingenuous media and other slimy fucks pulling the strings of a lot of stupid people and if allowed to run wild we will in fact end up with a country full of victim-mentality dopes and if you so much as rest your hand on the shoulder of the wrong person we'll have to lock you up.

Hopefully this sets it up that in the future, men won't be disgusting pigs and assault women, for fear of being exposed. And women won't be afraid or ashamed to come forward immediately if something happens to them.

I'm kind of on the fence with the historic stuff. I definitely think its good that a movement like this is giving women the confidence to come out and tell their story.

However the problem when you go back 20/30 years is that we completely discount the importance of culture. There are behaviours which are rightly considered inappropriate now, which were commonplace some years ago. That is called progress.

Maybe..........the women have spoke up before within their company but like someone above said the powerful men within the company were sided with.......and now the companies feel more confident to take action.

I have my concerns men will be unfairly accused, I know as a female I shouldnt feel that way but I do have concerns.

I am most proud that females feel empowered to speak up when it is happening though.

The problem with men being unfairly accused is the twitter news culture these days. People will read a headline saying "Latvia Unicorns accused of sexual harassment" and automatically assume I'm guilty on the same level as Weinstein, Spacey and other horrific people. It seems like it's "guilty until proven innocent and even then the majority of the public will still hate you".

I haven't read the detail on the NFL Network guys or keep up with this topic in any way. I don't want that shit polluting my brain when I can ingest more NFL and fantasy tidbits that contribute to me having a 4-8 record.

women should speak up and men should be punished for their inappropriate actions

but I just have one question with a statement from the above story

"Cantor alleged that Faulk, who has been one of the NFL Network's top analysts for about a decade, greeted her by "fondling her breasts and groping her behind," according to the complaint. Faulk "became more aggressive," including one instance where he allegedly invited Cantor to his hotel room where she witnessed him expose his genitals and made sexually suggestive remarks. "

Why the hell would you GO to the hotel room?

Maybe it was part of her job, she was a wardrobe stylist so maybe he invited her up in a work related way, and when she got there, he whipped out his donger.

An NFL Network exec has deleted his Twitter account after multiple exchanges between him and adult film stars were revealed.

Deadspin reported Vice President and Executive Editor for NFL Media, David Eaton, went into a frenzy Wednesday attempting to delete "years worth" of tweets he had sent to porn stars and escorts.

Eaton shut down the account one day after Mashall Faulk, Ike Taylor and Heath Evans were suspended by NFL Network for being named in a sexual harassment lawsuit brought by a former wardrobe stylist.

Screenshots obtained by Deadspin show Eaton tweeted multiple times with porn star Zoey Holloway.

"Love getting on Twitter to see a tweet that I am over the hill," Holloway tweeted in June 2013, to which Eaton replied, "Always better to be 'over' than 'under' when it comes to hills."

Eaton reportedly also engaged in conversation with an escort in 2015 about one of her clients and tweeted with two additional escorts in 2013.

In April 2015, he discussed literature with a Twitter handle whose icon is a photo of a topless woman.

Former NFL Network employees told Deadspin that Eaton's Twitter escapades were "an ongoing subject of discussion" at the company.
