MFL is sending out updated results right now.  Very nervous in the Brawlers' camp.

I was hoping I would get a 20 point stat correction so that I didn't have to lose with 341 points.  laughing

Yeah that's rough, it always sucks to lose when you score over 300, and the pain level rises the higher you score above that mark...

Wow.  Crazy week.  Other than wishing I didn't come on the bad side of a stat correction, I wish it was easier to see which stat correction it was that made the difference b/c I don't think my score went down.. Just Chris' going up.

I'd like to figure it out, but oh well. I'll blame Catanazaro. Missing a 33 yd extra point is worth -2.. Missing a 33 yard field goal -1. raise eyebrow DOH.

Good game Chris!

I think your score went down like a half point if I remember correctly.... Mine came up by virtue of an extra QB hit by Alonso and an extra tackle by Shazier.

I have been on the wrong side of stat corrections before, it sucks, but this is my first time on the winning side of such a close correction, it definitely feels like I stole one! It's a shame when anyone scoring over 320 points has to lose...

PS... Sorry I referred to you as 'Sanibel', old habits die hard, still not used to 'whiskey creek'...

I've honestly never lost because of a stat corrections, but I have won by a stat correction.

Every time I've won though, I feel really guilty after the fact. Not sure if Chris does or not? But since it's against Brad I wouldn't duckhunt scared behind couch

This is my first time winning after a stat correction, though I have lost by one before... Honestly it is a weird feeling, on one hand I am happy that I won, especially a division game, but on the other hand I know how bad it sucks to think you won and have it reversed, not really a guilty feeling, just empathy because I have been on the other side before...

I wouldn't feel bad about it at all. I'm a proponent of stat changes. I'd rather lose on a corrected stat than win on one that wasn't corrected.

I had that situation happen in a league I was in before... Championship team won b/c a catch was changed to a running play or something (and b/c of a yardage bonus it would have really impacted scoring), that league didn't have stat corrections and it was a PITA for years.

If only there was such a thing as a "correct" stat in IDP play...

Whoa...so obviously I posted the stat corrections above but as I did my article the actual results page must not have refreshed so I know my description of the Gadabout vs Outlaws matchup is dumb now.
