Yup... Ebron is looking at the crowd and I can't figure out who is taking a knee (Reiff?)... Apparently, Reiff didn't realize that you should take a knee during the national anthem not during the game.   Nick, he's just trying to show his support to the cause.  lol

He is oppressed. Man, if I was a coach I would bench or bitch out Ebron. That is trash. Is he likes among Lion fans?

he's starting to be liked more... .It took many a long time to get over passing on Aaron Donald and OBJ for him.

I think he's competent, but passing over those guys clouds people's judgement of him. It sucks he was taken so high in the draft.

Yeah I get that. People always thought AJ Hawk was a huge failure because of where he was drafted. But for a guy to come in and start 9 strait years, and only miss two games, lead your team in tackles for 4 of those 9 years is considered a very successful draft pick in my eyes. They won't all be hall of famers.

Yeah, they have come back down to reality. This division could come down to the final week.

Definitely not the way I saw the NFC North playing out after week 5. Something tells me the Pack figure it out, the Vikings do not and the Lions come back to earth. Should be fun to watch though.

I don't think the beloved Lions are for real. I mean, a blocked FG and a missed extra point for the 'Queens. If they put it together for an entire game, they can beat anyone, but this play like ass until you have 1 minute to go routine isn't going to work long-term.

Should be fun when they play the Giants who always seem to open up strong and then forget they are trying to win a football game in the final minutes. Giants will probably be up 21 with 2 minutes to play and it will still come down to a final play where the Lions have a chance to tie the game/win.

I know Barry Sanders hung up the cleats because he couldn't get awayfrom the Lions and they never put the right talent around him

Bad news for Lions fans...  Left tackle extraordinaire Taylor Decker had shoulder surgery after a non contact injury during OTAs yesterday.  Thoughts are that he'll probably miss the beginning of the season.  Of course, the lie-downs hate to tell people what the injury was, so no one has a clue.. but this really stings.   Obviously, protects Stafford's blind side and played every snap last year as a rookie.

Hopefully, he can recover quickly and not miss much time.

From a life long Lions fan...everything is bad. It's never a "too bad" type of thing. I had to have a lot of counseling to get me to the point of just accepting it.

Best part...looks like my beloved Spartans are following suit. Where's that counselors number??? ;)

Not sure that its always Detroit so bad as GB is always good and then some....I like Stafford, he's a gutsy player...24 TDs, 10 Ints last season..can he do as well again?

Stafford is a decent QB, but the options he has to throw to are not good.Tate and Jones are his 1/2? That is not good. They did not plan beyond Tron....

Yes, Theo Riddick is the answer. laughing

Hey, the Lions are definitely on the upswing, making a lot of decent decisions, maybe they will make a play for Maclin/Decker? They do have 9 Million in cap space, they could make it work.
