I am thinking Manning didn't want to go to Miami because of Marshall. I wonder if this is the first of things to come for Miami

But yeah Jay Cutler is a happy man right about now

If Miami let Marshall go because those three are coming to town (Manning, Wayne, and D.Clark). instead of hiring a trainer they should invest in a undertaker and gravedigger. One guy looks dead, the other has one foot in the grave, and the third has been givin his 4 yrs to live max. shelf life.

died .... Evil laugh

B) Wayne re-signed with the Colts

C) I think the Dolphins are prepared to aggressively go after Flynn and a WR in the draft...

(TheHuddle) The attorney for Chicago Bears WR Brandon Marshall posted a statement Tuesday, March 13, concerning reports of an incident which might receive an NFL review: 'On March 12 Brandon Marshall was the key note speaker at a charitable event in New York. After the event was over he, his wife and close friends attended a function at a local club. While at the function a fight broke out NOT involving Mr. Marshall or his friends. While attempting to leave to avoid the melee Mrs. Marshall was struck in the face by a thrown bottle. She suffered serious injury. While attempting to leave and take his wife to the hospital, the mayhem continued outside. Finally Mr. Marshall was able to take his wife to the hospital where she was treated for serious injuries. Mr. Marshall is hoping to assist authorities in regards to this matter.'

WTF kind of charity event was this. This guy is a thug.

(KFFL) Chicago Bears WR Brandon Marshall likely will not be suspended by the NFL for his involvement in a March incident at a nightclub if the police did not file any charges against Marshall.

I hope Marshal gets on a proper regimen of medication and gets his psyche in line. Talent wise he is as freakish and athlete as Andre and Megatron. If his head is on straight with Cutler throwing the ball he could be in the top 3 or 4. Shoot he was in the top 10 with terrible QB's and no proper medication.

While Marshall has immense talent, the Chicago offense doesn't call for anywhere enough passes for Marshall to be a top 3 or 4 fantasy WR. Going from a Martz offense to a Tice offense is only going to emphasis the run even more.

Not sure I see him top 5 but top 10 sounds about right. I also expect him to help Forte's numbers.

The Miami offense didn't call for many passes either and he ended up top 10. As much as they may want to employ ball control, Cutler is a down field QB and he now has a big time down field threat at WR. You use the weapons at your disposal. The offensive line in CHI Town isn't good enough run blocking wise to just pound it out. Forte also performs less when he is a part of the passing game. I am pretty sure Tice knows this

Adding Jeffery I believe only helps Marshall, IF both take their medication. That is a WR duo that may just have too many issues. If they both keep it together, Forte could actually be hurt by it. Cutler, on the other hand, could become a Top 5 QB. Will be interesting to watch. I like Bennett also, yes I know, he's on my team, but not hyping that. He is a solid possession WR when healthy and Cutler loves him. He will be the overlooked one in this Offense. Bears COULD be very good this year.

If he was able to put up those numbers in Miami, just think of what he is going to do in Chicago with a real QB!

Chicago Bears WR Brandon Marshall (hip) did not participate in the team's first day of voluntary minicamp. "It's one day at a time," head coach Marc Trestman said. Ugh can't get copy paste to work.... Marshall said he's not where he wants to be. I guess I didn't realize it was his third hip surgery

News Articles > Brandon Marshall meets with doctors
Published Wed Aug 28 4:52:54 p.m. MT 2013
(TheHuddle)Chicago Bears WR Brandon Marshall (hip) met with doctors Wednesday, Aug. 28, for a scheduled follow-up exam on his surgically repaired hip.
Analysis: The Bears said Marshall was taking four days off for "personal reasons" but it turns out there's more to it. Marshall complained on Wednesday that his hip isn't where he wants it to be at this point, so it's a little alarming that he's going to see a doctor less than two weeks from opening day. Hopefully it's just a bump in the road for the stud receivers but Marshall isn't happy right now, which can become a headache for a lot of people, including fantasy owners.

(Article Link)

it would be very easy for this guy to gt his baby side going if he feels unappreciated. Remember Denver?

Is marshall worth a 2.04 and 100 bid dollars? I may have an opportunity to go after him in my 8 man league. I will have approx. 180 bid dollars to work with come rfa time. He may get tagged (which skips rfa) but if he doesn't... thoughts? My wr core is megatron, d.jax, t.y.hilton, reuben randle, deandre hopkins. But i might lose t.y. in rfa if i spend too much on marshall...

I don't know, I would have to know more about the rest of your roster... your WR corps as it stands is pretty good and getting better with Hopkins, Randle and Hilton all set for even larger roles moving into 2014... In my opinion spending more than half of your bid money and a high 2nd rounder is a lot to give up for a 30 year old Marshall... so it depends, if the rest of your roster is strong maybe he is the piece to put youin contention this year, but if not you might want to think about it, the 2.04 carrys quite a bit of value with the draft class this year I would think... I also wonder if the rise of Jeffrey is going to eat into Marshalls production over the next few years... I am not saying this is a bad deal, but I don't view it as a slam dunk either...
