I like your LBs too (both of you guys) but I like mine too... Where are the teams that hate their LBs?

The number 1 LB Lavante David will be getting the FT. I was going to give him the SFT until I acquired Watt. If you want Lavante, it will cost you a 1st and 51+ war bucks in RFA. If you want him now he can be had for a 2016 1st.

I'm also willing to move down from the 1.01. I'll move down in the 1st for the right compensation of picks/war bucks/players.

So he gonna cost a 1st and 51+ war bucks in RFA... Or someone can trade for him now and he will still end up costing a 1st and one of their tags, freeing you up to use your FT on someone else while still getting the 1st for him... I like your style.

Yeah, I have never got the theory of a player being worth the same round pick that he would be tagged at. Jason and Mike both wanted the same thing...

Walker could be taken off my hands for the right offer - he is in the mix for a tag but not 100% decided yet

And don't be surprised when someone does it. Ingram, DT, Baldwin or Malcom smith are arguably the only other players I see worth a SFT. Maybe only 3 or 4 teams will use a SFT. That will leave a lot of money out there to be spent. With all that money, I wonder how much the #1 LB will go for? Or maybe most will decide to keep their money for next year (for the 5th time).

Yeah, Mike said the same thing last year about Murray too...

Lets see, I can trade a first for him now, or I can wait till you tag him and then give that same first for him....Oh and if I wait one of your other players hits FA without a tag!

Your right though, some sucker might trade for him.

cheers

Oh, and how many players have gone over 100 WBs in TT, much less one that came with a FT?

Before you go look it up, let me tell you. 0, that is right a big fat ZERO. So it might even be cheaper for the other team to not use a FT on him...

Yeah, because if you use all four tags you will have 57 WBs to spend before any trades... Keeping him will force you to trade other assets for WBs or go broke. So that sounds like a win for everyone else!

vote yes

My plan now is to use 3 tags. Then I'll have 77 War Bucks. If I keep him and go broke and that means everyone else wins then I am happy to help out cheers

Hey DD

I'm looking to trade some defensive players, that are under contract, for offensive players. I would like the offensive starters to be under contract as well. But if the player is good enough, and on a expiring contract, I might pull the trigger.

Yeah, Mike said the same thing last year about Murray too...

I don't think I was saying that because I thought Murray was worth the same pick it would cost to tag him. I was saying it because I think Murray was "worth" multiple picks, so getting him for a 1st would be fair.

But who knows, I tend to lie when I want to sell players. I got pretty much zero interest in Murray last year.

I am willing to trade 1.3 for a stud LB that is not over 29 years old. If you feel your LB doesn't measure up throw in a lower pick or WB's. Either way for the right price 1.3 is available.

I am getting antsy. Is anyone talking trade at the moment? Any wheeling and dealing, or is that all done for a while? I am going to put a couple feelers out there to see if there is a market, and what it is on a few players.

I've had 3 teams make offers for the 1.01 fun dance no teeth yet, but it's fun negotiating.

I am between 3 players to use my comp tag on and am looking to gain WB's. If you see anyone on my roster with 0-1 years that you are interested in and you have WB's contact me, I'm in the mood to get something done. Text, email, anything.

I have nominated Drew Brees as my compensation player. If you are thinking you might be a bidder and interested in acquiring him to avoid the bidding war and maybe using another tag on him, let me know.

A half dozen offers have gone out this morning. I am giving up my 2017 1st round pick in order to get a late 1st this year with some WB's. If you are one of the teams I did not send an offer to and want my juicy 1.1 or 1.2 most likely in 2017 make an offer quickly to me. I again am looking to get a pick in the late half of the 1st round or early 2nd with WB's.
