And here is one from college showing he has always been a bit wider than alot of other dudes, part of that is just his natural build. That photo James posted is a lot to do about nothing...

(Rotoworld)The Green Bay Press-Gazette confirms that Eddie Lacy "doesn't look fat."

Analysis: An unflattering photo that made Lacy look like a cross between Shamoo and 2012 Michael Turner made the rounds on Twitter Monday. It was just a bad angle. Recent videos of Lacy prove he's in fine shape and making quick cuts. The second-round rookie remains the favorite to open the season as Green Bay's early-down back.

Anytime the local paper has to do an article disputing someone's fatness that means they are fat.

Anytime the non-local media that isn't there to see the player in person has to take a bad angle photo to fabricate a story from a non-story that means they are idiots. And since the story came from Bleacher Report that verifies the idiot part! About 75% of that site is a fucking joke! Bleacher Report is like the retarded offspring that you would get when you mate ESPN with the National Enquirer!

Updating a previous report, Green Bay Packers RB Eddie Lacy (concussion) suffered a concussion during the team's Week 2 game. Analysis: This was bad news for Lacy owners, who were rightfully expecting a big game from Lacy. James Starks stole that thunder.
Started him in a few leagues. Fuck.

Yeah, I started him in a couple of leagues myself (including RW). Totally sucks. Especially since you could just feel he was in for a nice game against a shitty rush defense. The one carry he got was an easy 10 yards before the cheap shot helmet to helmet hit that knocked him out. The idiot DB (Merriweather) that knocked him out hit another guy in the helmet later in the game and gave himself a concussion! Serves the fucknut right!

Green Bay Packers RB Eddie Lacy (concussion) is likely to miss Week 3 and return in Week 5, following the team's bye week. He will likely be re-evaluated Wednesday, Sept. 18. James Starks will likely fill in, and Johnathan Franklin is the only other healthy running back on the depth chart. Starks needs to be added in most leagues.
Poor kid.

The fucking worst.

Quote :
Green Bay Packers RB Eddie Lacy (concussion) will be eased back into the running back picture alongside RB James Starks if he returns in Week 5 following the team's Week 4 bye. 'We're going to use both backs,' said offensive coordinator Tom Clements. 'When Eddie's healthy he's going to get his reps, and James will be ready to get his reps.' Analysis: If Starks can keep up the pace after rushing for a career-high 132 yards stepping in for the injured Lacy in Week 2, this might remain a RBBC long after Lacy is healthy.

Starks is terrible, he faced the awful Redskins run D last week, moving forward he should be just as ineffective as usual. Lacy has way more talent than Starks and should get the majority of carries once healthy.

Well he's got the same kind of concussion helmet that Welker has. Supposed to really help.

Starks is replacing Lacy in the starting lineup????

Has Lacy been that bad or is it that Starks has played better?

Lacy has been banged up, his ankle is bad and we were told the bye would heal him. He does not look healthy, not one bit. Starks has played really well in his fall off. I still think in a couple weeks Lacy comes back for the playoff push and is strong again. Our OC has stated they NEED to get Lacy going again.

HAHA, yeah I know, he looks bad. But we have been hearing this since the first training camp. Here is a picture of him his rookie year TC:

That didn't stop him from being a top end back his first two years. So yes, he is a fat bastard, but he is our fat bastard. He will turn it around. Please God, let him turn it around.

Like MacArthur ..... He Shall Return

To the Food Line .... laughing

Seriously though, he will bounce back and be the back he has been the first few years. He's actually played well playing hurt, so this ankle issue must have been a severe sprain, likely high ankle variety to slow his roll so much. With a thinned out WR corp, getting the ground and pound going prior to January football is a priority in Green Bay Land I would think.

I've finally started looking at moving him in a few leagues but it might be too late.  I offered him to one owner for AP and the offer was shot down before my screen could refresh.

Lacy will be ok I think, he ate his way out of a couple starts but he won't eat his way out of the league. Starks has always been a good RB but he gets banged up every year to the point where he misses some games. Lacy will be starting again soon and he'll run fine, FYI I'd trade for Lacy in a heartbeat depending on the price.

He's got to be a hold now - his trade value will never be lower. He's got to be better than this next year.

Probably.

I don't get the play calling last night with Lacy in there. Shotgun formation, delayed runs, draws... you got to get Lacy running downhill not hand him the ball 5 yards in the backfield with no momentum, horrible play selection for him I thought.

Is that what it was?

Well, if so, that is what happens when you fail to follow rules. No point in having rules if you're gonna let tards run amock and not punish em.

I like the message it sends and that's likely one of the reasons the Packers are a top franchise.

ESPN's Rob Demovsky reports Eddie Lacy missed the Packers team curfew Wednesday night.
It explains Lacy's limited Week 13 role despite coming off his two best games. Alonzo Harris also missed curfew and was cut prior to Thursday night. Lacy is clearly in Mike McCarthy's doghouse and could be dealing with more than a one-week benching. The Packers promoted John Crockett from the practice squad and worked out free agent Montee Ball this week.

As long as they were chicken ring sliders, I would not judge him.
