I'm not sure why this isn't done yet either.. it's not like Bradshaw has garnered much interest from anyone... cripes, sign whatever they offer you.

If it was Tiki Barber rumors going to the Colts then I might get excited. I believe Bradshaw only has one foot at this point or maybe it is two but the one has been in a walking boot for 5 years straight.

I'm not arguing that the dude's feet aren't made of glass but when healthy he produces. I'd rather get 8 games of solid production out of this asshole than the 0's he'll get me playing for no team or a backup role.

(KFFL) The New England Patriots could get involved in trying to sign free-agent RB Ahmad Bradshaw (Giants). Bradshaw is still talking with the Indianapolis Colts.

please go to the Pats pray

The Colts and free agent RB Ahmad Bradshaw are still in negotiations.

Analysis: Bradshaw clearly wants more than the veteran minimum and the two sides remain in "heavy negotiations." There's a little bit of urgency as the Colts kick off their mandatory minicamp Tuesday. A report surfaced that the Patriots could have interest in Bradshaw, but that smells like an agent-driven leak intended to increase leverage in Colts talks. Bradshaw's best path to playing time is in Indy. Here's a Monday night tweet from owner Jim Irsay, intended for Bradshaw agent Drew Rosenhaus: "Hey Drew..I'm upside down, after this Hip Replacement Surgery, but the right hand can still scoop a pile of SERIOUS Coin, from Ft Knox-Let's GO."

Colts agreed to terms with RB Ahmad Bradshaw, formerly of the Giants, on a one-year, $1.1 million contract.
The deal includes a $250,000 signing bonus, and hefty per-game roster bonuses. Provided Bradshaw keeps his ever-troublesome feet in working order, it's a strong signing for the Colts, who had perhaps the league's least impressive stable of runners. One of Donald Brown and Delone Carter is now certain to be cut loose before final cuts, while Vick Ballard is off scholarship. A complete back when healthy, Bradshaw can contribute on third downs, execute near the goal-line and stone oncoming rushers in pass protection. He's not durable enough to be an every-down back, but could easily lead Indy's backfield corps in snaps.

it's official

Ahmad Bradshaw will be easy to spot on his first day at work for the Indianapolis Colts. Look for the running back with his right foot in a protective boot as Wednesday’s minicamp practice unfolds at Lucas Oil Stadium.

Dude is still in a boot six months after surgery, lol.

Mike Chappell of USA Today reports that there are concerns that Colts RB Ahmad Bradshaw‘s neck injury could require surgery, which could cost him the remainder of the 2013 season.
The Colts are reportedly “hopeful but concerned” regarding both Bradshaw’s  immediate and long-term status.
He suffered the neck injury during Week 3′s win over the San Francisco 49ers. Indianapolis held him out of Week 4′s game against the Jaguars.

Neck surgery might be in Ahmad Bradshaw's future. Analysis: At least that's what the Indianapolis Star is suggesting. A surgery of that nature could put an end to Bradshaw's season. Obviously, we'll need to hear more before making a fantasy recommendation but it's probably safe to assume Bradshaw won't be playing this week.

(RotoWire) Bradshaw has decided to have season-ending neck surgery, a league source told NBC Sports Pro Football Talk. He was placed on injured reserve, the team's official web site reports. Analysis: This isn't a huge surprise as Bradshaw had been visiting with specialists to decide a course of action to address his neck injury and sources had indicated it was a serious injury. Trent Richardson will continue to get the bulk of carries with Bradshaw out with Donald Brown as his primary backup.

Well bye

ESPN Colts blogger Mike Wells believes it's "highly unlikely" free agent Ahmad Bradshaw is re-signed. Analysis: Donald Brown is a higher priority amongst the Colts' in-house free agents, while Vick Ballard (torn ACL) expects to be ready for OTAs. Trent Richardson is "set" as the Colts' "starter." Bradshaw was effective before a neck injury ended his 2013 in Week 3, but simply can't be trusted to stay healthy. Although he's still only 28 (in March) Bradshaw is unlikely to find any guaranteed money in free agency.

The Colts have signed Bradshaw, ESPN's Adam Schefter reports. Analysis: With Donald Brown a free agent, Bradshaw -- as well as Vick Ballard -- will give the Colts change-of-pace options to go along with presumed top back Trent Richardson. Bradshaw -- who has also dealt with foot issue in the past -- had season-ending neck surgery in October, so he'll need to re-prove his health before he merits serious fantasy attention.

Seems silly to me.

Dude is a fucking cripple. Between his neck and his foot he shouldn't be playing football. They have Ballard and Trent. Resign Brown and let Bradshaw go.

Well hopefully the Colts let the doctors in the room. Even if he's somewhat of a cripple, he'll be better than Trent.  Laughing

I just dealt with him on the Giants for years. His feet are held together with bailing twine. Guy is a headache. You can't count on him.

From what I saw of Richardson last year,    I honestly think a healthy Vick Ballard is the best RB on the Colt's roster.    His competition is an old cripple and the top candidate for bust of the decade!!!

Bradshaw (neck) has been cleared for practice, Stephen Holder of the Indianapolis Star reports. Analysis: Presuming his health, Bradshaw is in line to vie with Trent Richardson and Vick Ballard for touches in the Colts' backfield. While Richardson figures to be given a chance to lead the way and thus bounce back from a spotty 2013 effort, Bradshaw could still provide fantasy utility in the event that he solidifies a change-of-pace/backup role with the team as the summer progresses.

He'll never last.

If Bradshaw stays healthy my money would be on him winning the starting job.... I don't trust Richardson any more... depending on the injury, I even like Ballard more than TRich...

No surprise on this one...

Colts placed Ahmad Bradshaw on injured reserve with a broken leg, ending his season.

There will be no miracle return for the playoffs. It remains unclear just how serious Bradshaw's leg break is, but any leg issue is a major concern for a player with Bradshaw's history of foot issues. For now, he should be considered questionable for Week 1 2015. Going on 29, Bradshaw is set to become a free agent. He proved this season that he still has plenty left in the tank, but his injury history is going to limit his options on the open market. It's not outside the realm of possibility that Bradshaw decides his body has had enough, and retires. The Colts' running game is going to go in the tank without Bradshaw. Trent Richardson remains amongst the league's least-effective runners.

Yeah... It's dayton and it's probably late at night and the color of his skin. Nearest car was probably 1.5 mi in front of him.

Police will make up any damn shit to pull someone over late at night... Blinker wasn't on... Blinker was on for too short of a time, Blinker was on too long, changed lanes too quickly.. didn't change lanes fast enough. And those are just the ones that i have experience with from back in the day.

Got pulled over for "following too closely" about a year ago going through St. Louis. It was moderate to heavy traffic and I was probably close enough for them to get away with that bullshit, but I knew they had a hidden motive. It was immediately two SUVs behind me for the stop, looking heavily through all the tinted windows as they walked around both sides. Some suspicious questioning before letting me go with a verbal warning. They definitely either thought they recognized me or thought they had a potential drug/alcohol bust on their hands. Zero idea why I would have been singled out. Following too closely is their "you have a taillight out" when they don't have the balls to break a light with their thumper is they approach the vehicle. Total bullshit.

I agree Corey. Seems like, especially after Midnight, the bullshit, "Do you know why I pulled you over?" seem to come in droves. Has happened to me many times.

"No, Sir, maybe because you're an ass because you think you have something and want to search my vehicle? By all means, have a good time. I just wish I had a bag of shit for you to open."
